Shortly after meeting with him  and discussing the different stages and planning the project, life's situation changed. That project came to a complete halt. Then another property in Apache Junction needed remodeling. Sight unseen, Chris was able to make a plot plan and get into risk permit documents ready from existing paperwork and pictures. This was a little more complicated and Chris was up for the task. After the first submittal, Chris moved to Idaho. Even though he was now out of state, he was willing and able to work with me through a revised submittal, a Rezoning submittal and even a minor plumbing change submittal. The county keeps asking for more and more and at each request Chris a stepped up and produced the required documents. I'm now waiting to hear back from the county in this lengthy process, but I know, no matter what they say, if something more is needed Chris has got my back. I highly recommend him and his design and document production services."
